| Packing Equipment |
When packing equipment for shipment, always include all information needed to process your equipment at our facility. General information needed is: |
- Packing slip with letter head or company name, address, phone # and name of individual to advise of equipment status.
- Equipment description (type or part number) with equipment malfunction and specifics. Example: Altimeter reads 100 feet high, gyro flag in view, deviation meter hangs, etc.
- Service required (bench check and advise, repair as required, return to overhaul condition, etc.).

| Freight Carriers |
| If your request a specific return freight carrier, we will see that your equipment is returned and shipped by that carrier. If not specified, generally your equipment will be returned by the same carrier on which it arrived, our system also allows us to set up your account so that shipping is charged directly to you by your preferred freight carrier. |

| Insurance |
| The customer is responsible for insuring shipments to our facility. Insurance on return shipments will be made in the amount of the customer's request. |

Export Compliance Policy Statement |
DFW Instrument Corporation is committed to compliance with all export controls in the Export Administration Act (EAA) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) of the Department of Commerce, and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) of the Department of State. This commitment extends to promoting strict compliance on an ongoing basis with terms and conditions.
In order to comply with export control laws established by the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, DFW Instrument Corp. requires a written statement defining the ultimate End User and the End Use of each product to be exported from the United Sates. Please be advised this information will be required no later than the time of order placement.
Sale of any products and/or services by Seller is expressly conditioned on Buyer's assent to the DFW Instrument Corp. terms and conditions. Any additional or different terms proposed by Buyer are expressly objected to and will not be binding upon Seller unless specifically agreed to in writing by Seller's authorized representative.
